In part one of this workshop, Becky Chapman, a QHHT Level 2 Practitioner, will guide you into a deeply relaxed theta state to experience a past life which should have an important connection to your current life. In part two, you'll see your spirit guide or angel and receive their special guidance.

This workshop includes time to write about what you experienced (with the option of sharing and asking questions), so please bring a notebook and pen. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and lots of water to drink. You may want to bring a special pillow or blanket to fully relax into the experience.

Developed by the legendary Dolores Cannon, this workshop is a light and fun introduction to what a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session might be like.
