Spiritual Guidance sessions are loose, unstructured and flow where they need to go for the highest good. We’ll share our thoughts or intuitions in a free-flowing way. If you’d benefit from the structure of setting a goal, making a plan and committing to taking action in order to make progress, you’ll want to check out my Spiritual Coaching services instead.

In a Spiritual Guidance session, I’ll start with getting to know you, your hopes and dreams, your spiritual experiences, beliefs and practices, and any challenges you’re experiencing. From there we can dive deeper into any topics (either spiritual or regular life stuff) you’d like to explore. You may want to connect with your higher power and receive wisdom or messages within the session through guided exercises. I may share any messages or visions I’m getting from my spiritual team during or after the session.

My Spiritual Guidance clients often receive powerful new insights, and feel a positive shift in their situation and improved mental, physical and spiritual well-being. The results experienced in Spiritual Guidance work will usually transcend many areas of your life.

I offer virtual or in-person spiritual guidance sessions. If you’d like to integrate crystal bowl sound healing briefly into your spiritual guidance session (which is a very popular option), please let me know. You can also choose sound healing as an add-on when scheduling for a small, additional fee, which will slightly extend your appointment time.

Optional add-on service: Intuitive Energy Healing

As a complement to a Spiritual Guidance session, I offer Intuitive Energy Healing, which is done outside of a session. I will find a quiet time to go into a meditative state and connect with my spiritual team, which may include angels, guides, God, my higher self, nature elements, etc. It’s not so important to me where the messages are coming from as it is to open up to and trust what I’m sensing. I will then see images and messages - typically through clairvoyance (seeing images in my mind’s eye), clairaudience (hearing messages in my mind), or claircognizance (suddenly knowing chunks of information). I often see colors and send them energetically to the parts of the client’s body where I sense healing needs to occur. You will receive a detailed written summary of the visions and messages, and have the option of a follow-up conversation. I offer Intuitive Energy Healing for client’s pets, as well, but never for another person without their permission.
